Gize is new. It works — it tracks VAT, PAYE/pension, withholding tax, quarterly advance profit tax and annual renewals, offline, in both calendars — but nobody has run a real compliance year in it yet. We'd rather build the next version with three firms than guess what the next version should be.

Honesty, not advocacy

  • 1 Actually use it for a real filing cycle. Log real obligations, upload real documents.
  • 2 Tell us when it's wrong or slow or confusing. Blunt is more useful than polite.
  • 3 A short call each month — 30 minutes, what worked and what didn't.
  • 4 A quote, only if it's earned — and you approve the exact wording before it appears anywhere.
ℹ Nothing is published without your written approval. A quote you give us sits unpublished in our system until you explicitly say yes — and you can withdraw it at any time, which removes it from this website immediately.

We want one of each, because a single-entity company and a firm with forty clients do not have the same compliance problem — and we'd rather learn that now.

Managing several client companies. This is the most demanding shape — multiple entities, staff with different access, and clients who ask for documents years later.

An SME with its own finance person

Category A or B, filing VAT and PAYE monthly. You feel the deadlines and the penalties when they're missed.

An independent consultant

Working from wherever the client is, which is often somewhere the connection is poor. You'll stress the offline mode hardest.

What you're signing up for

It's young. The compliance engine, the offline sync, the document vault and the dual calendar are built and tested. Payment by Chapa is currently in test mode. Some rough edges will annoy you.

You'd be a founder, not a customer. That means your problems get fixed fast, and also that you'll see things change under you.

There's no obligation to continue. If after six months it isn't for you, you export your data and we part on good terms. No invoice, no hard feelings, no lock-in.
